Greek, lentil, green and lettuce are easy and quick to prepare
Since the lentils in serving of mixed greens is super decent ... with great crisp vegetables this influences a decent plate of mixed greens to full rich in enhance.
For this serving of mixed greens I went on a Greek plate of mixed greens base: cucumber, tomato, pepper, olives and feta to which I added the lentils to make a more steady feast.
It was great and it remains an adjusted supper, low in calories and brimming with vitamins.
Fixings: (for 2 individuals)
- 220g cooked lentils
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 wonderful tomato
- 50g of feta
- some dark olives
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- salt pepper
Readiness:
Step 1
